QSL.now

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-30. QSL.now is operated by Ian Owens, WB4OGQ. Support: support@qsl.now.

What QSL.now does

QSL.now makes amateur radio QSL cards from the log files you upload, emails those cards to the stations you worked when we have an address for them, and, if you connect those services, passes your contacts along to QRZ Logbook, Logbook of The World, and eQSL. The service is free. There is a Buy Me a Coffee button if you would like to help with the costs.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done from your account. Use a real email address; it is how you reset your password and how we reach you about your account. One person, one account. You must hold an amateur radio license to send cards as your own callsign.

What you may upload

You may upload log files, card artwork, logos, and photos only if you own them or have permission to use them, including any club, organization, or trademark marks on them. By uploading an image you confirm that you have those rights, and you accept responsibility for that claim. We will remove any logo, image, or template on a credible request from a rights holder.

Do not upload images that are sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or illegal. Do not upload files designed to harm the service or other users. We screen images automatically and refuse any that fail. Repeated abuse closes the account.

Email we send on your behalf

Cards are emailed from QSL.now to the address found in your log or in the public QRZ listing of the station you worked. You are the sender of record for the content of those cards and the callsign on them. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. A station that opts out will not receive cards from any QSL.now user again. Do not use QSL.now to send messages that are not genuine QSL confirmations of contacts you made. QSOs tagged with a contest are not emailed unless you select them by hand, because contest stations have asked not to receive cards.

Integrations

Looking up an address on QRZ needs nothing from you. Adding contacts to your QRZ Logbook requires your own QRZ subscription. LoTW uploads require your own LoTW certificate, which you supply for each batch and which we never store. eQSL uploads use your eQSL username and password, which we store encrypted and use only to add your contacts there. These services belong to their operators and may change or fail without notice. We relay their responses to you and are not responsible for their decisions.

Your data

Your log files, cards, designs, and account data are yours. Guest uploads and guest output are deleted after 24 hours. Account data stays until you delete it or your account. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.

Our limits

QSL.now is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, and we make no warranty that it will be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost cards, misdelivered email, printing costs, or anything a third party does with a card you sent. Where law does not allow this limit, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us, which for the free service is zero.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and by email to account holders. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
