Acceptable Use

QSL.now exists to confirm real amateur radio contacts. Use it for that.

You may not:

• Upload a log of contacts you did not make, or use this service to collect or reach email addresses. Send cards for contacts you did not make, or as a callsign you are not licensed to use.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, including club, organization, or trademark marks without permission.
• Upload sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or illegal images or text.
• Use the email feature to send anything other than a genuine QSL card for a logged contact.
• Email stations that have opted out, or attempt to work around an opt-out.
• Automate uploads or sends at a rate that affects other users, or bypass Turnstile or rate limits.
• Upload files crafted to exploit the service, or probe it for weaknesses without written permission from the operator.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the background library, templates, or other users' designs.

We enforce this by automated screening, rate limits, and manual review on report. Violations lead to removal of content, suspension, or closure of the account. Report abuse to support@qsl.now.
